Rashid Ali Bynum arrested in Virginia for February shooting of Eunice Dwumfour
An arrest has been made in the murder of Sayreville Councilwoman Eunice Dwumfour, nearly four months after her death. The Middlesex County Prosecutor Tuesday announced that Rashid Ali Bynum was arrested in Chesapeake City, Virginia Tuesday morning. The 28-year-old Virginia native knew Dwumfour through the church she was associated with.

The Middlesex County prosecutor today announced that Rasheed Ali Bynum was arrested in Chesapeake City, Virginia, this morning.

The 30 year old councilwoman was shot and killed in her car outside her home on February 1st.
Family members have been frustrated by the lack of information about her murder.
